I was in a cafe this morning
Doing my usual morning kind of things
In walks Mr Greasy Leatherjacket man
He makes me kind of queasy as he comes my way

He takes a seat in the back of the cafe
and all the while he never takes his eyes off me
Then I realise that he's strangely familiar
Wasn't that the same man at the station yesterday?

So I decide to finish up my coffee
Almost choked on an almond in my croissant
I am new in town so I don't know where to hide
It's not pleasant thinking you're being stalked

So I stand up quickly and walk away
I don't look back cos I don't wanna see
Greasy Leatherjacket man following me

Suddeny I feel a hand on my shoulder
I turn around and he is standing there
Holding a card and flower from someone's garden
He hands is to me then quickly walks away

Startled I hesitate and then I open the card
Curious to know what I would find
Written in blue with a scrawly kind of hand it reads
You are the light in the darkness that is my life
